company was established in 1985, formerly as a subsidiary of the Shenzhen
Joinfair Industrial Joint Stock Limited Company under the name of Shenzhen
Jointfair Machinery Service Centre. Currently, our registered capital is RMB6.00 mil. For over 20 years, we specialises in servicing the US CAT diesel
generator sets, marine diesel engine sets, port container gantry crane’s engine
and generator sets, construction machinery servicing and provision of parts.
Throughout over 20 years of professional servicing, having exceptional business
ethics, we have built an excellent corporate image, winning the trust and
support from China’s
customers. We strive continuously to provide more professional and better
quality servicing and enquiry services to CAT customers.
with our company’s expertise and quality services, we have been chosen by the
Hong Kong’s China Engineers Limited(CEL), the US CAT sole
agency of six provinces of southern China, Xinjiang, Hong Kong and Macao, as
the appointed service centre(In 1990).
In 2008,
our company passed and obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems
certification, at the same time we became a member of the China Shenzhen
Machinery Association.
Our
company has a huge service workshop of approximately 2000 m2, enabling multiple sets of diesel
generator or engine to be serviced simultaneously. Also, we import the latest
engine service inspection equipment from the US CAT while ensuring all
servicemen have undergone the prerequisite training before being permitted to
work on the stations. The choice of service techniques employed and arrangement
of workflow are strictly in accordance to the (CAT) manufacturer’s specified
technical standards and specifications. All the above enable us to establish a
scientific system for quality control and quality assurance, extending the usability
of each replaced (or salvaged) part while improving the overall performance of
the serviced machines. Therefore, the speedy and high quality servicing
provided by us to every machine set not only achieving a reduction in wastage
but also a great reduction in service interval.

the performance of every CAT diesel generator set and engine that undergone
major overhaul through our company is able to restore back to the standards of
a new machine. Also, the machine serviced enjoys a variable time period of warranty,
eliminating any fear or worry that customers may have for their newly serviced
machine.
